The Diamonds & Pearls Sisterhood Retreat was birthed in 2019 by our First Lady, Terrah Shorter, with a vision to promote Sisterhood amongst our Bethesda women. 

Diamonds are sisters ages 18-59 years old – each one a unique and priceless woman of God, who despite the tests and high pressures of life, have come out victorious and sparkle bright like the Diamonds they are. 

Pearls are sisters 60 yrs+ and are natural treasures. These pearls serve as spiritual motherly figures and nurturers who hold us up with wisdom, prayer and love. This gives our pearls a level of class that is unsurpassed and timeless.

Through the Diamonds & Pearls retreat, God has blessed each year, refining and polishing us to shine brighter. Special bonds are formed, strength is imparted from one to another, and most importantly there’s encouragement, laughter and fun!
